Am I the right therapist for you?

First, I would like to thank you for considering visiting a psychologist or another mental health professional. Research shows that clients often decide to see a specialist only after 14 months of facing an adverse life event or symptoms. For this reason, I want to encourage you in your efforts toward self-development and self-care.

Clients often ask me how to choose the right mental health professional when they want to address a specific issue or situation in life. I understand that we go through different life events, and we naturally tend to seek solutions that resonate with us. Therefore, it's essential to know the methods a psychologist uses and whether they align with your needs.

What Methods Do I Use?

In my scientific and research work, I have focused on attachment theory for over 20 years. This theory led me to seek, study, and subsequently apply methods that allow me to help my clients quickly and effectively.

The key tools I work with include movement therapy, hippotherapy, developmental kinesiology, Montessori therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, process-oriented therapy, and body-oriented therapy. Through bodywork, I strive to help my clients develop a positive self-image.

Who Am I?

You can find official information about my qualifications and education on this page. As for unofficial information, I am among those who have struggled with binge eating and anxiety in the past. I've experienced several toxic relationships and live with an anxious attachment style. Although I see myself as a strong woman, I am constantly learning to build fulfilling relationships, and I don't always succeed.

What Are My Values?

AUTHENTICITY

I strive to respond to my clients as a person, not just as a professional. Authenticity in relationships helps build trust and commitment.

COURAGE & FREEDOM

I teach clients to be free in their actions. At the same time, I encourage them to seek feedback from others and to work on understanding their own boundaries.

PLAYFULNESS & CURIOSITY

I approach the exploration of my story and my clients' stories with curiosity and playfulness. I seek out the positives in our lives, viewing each situation as a life lesson rather than a tragedy.

RESPONSIBILITY & CARE

This value is key for me. I strive to achieve results with my clients to be as helpful as possible. I put my knowledge and acquired experience into practice.

IMPERFECTION

I recognize that life isn't perfect, and I try to stop chasing perfection and live my life fully. This is something I also teach you, my clients.
