Systemic Constellation

Systemic constellations are a unique approach that allows you to uncover hidden patterns in your relationships, family systems, and life situations. This therapeutic and self-discovery tool is based on systems theory and was developed by Bert Hellinger. It is grounded in the idea that every individual is part of a larger system (e.g., family, work team) where each part influences the whole.

Systemic constellations focus on uncovering and addressing dynamics within your family or work environment that may affect your emotions, decisions, and relationships. Through this approach, you gain a deeper understanding of your behavioural patterns, family bonds, and unconscious conflicts. This process leads to profound changes in perception and emotional experience.

During workshops, we create a safe space where you can gain new perspectives on the challenges you face and find solutions that foster inner balance and satisfaction.

What Are the Most Common Reasons Clients Seek Help Through Systemic Constellations?

You might consider joining a workshop if you want to address relationship issues within your family, partnership, or work, feel like you keep encountering the same life situations, experience intense emotions that you cannot explain, seek to understand the deeper roots of your problems and find a path to resolution. Clients often seek help for the following reasons:

  1. Relationship Problems: Conflicts within the family, disagreements with partners, challenges with children, or tense relationships in the workplace.
  2. Deeply Rooted Emotions: Experiencing sadness, guilt, anger, or other challenging emotions that feel difficult to explain.
  3. Recurring Patterns: A sense of repeatedly facing similar challenges or problems.
  4. Loss and Change: Difficult life periods, such as breakups, the loss of a loved one, job changes, or other significant events.
  5. Low Self-Esteem: Struggles with confidence, self-worth, or a sense of lack of control over your life.
  6. Personal Development Needs: A desire to better understand your place in life, your abilities, and your inner resources.
  7. Unexplained Tension: Feelings of emotional or physical tension without a clear cause.
  8. Inherited and Family Burdens: Issues tied to family history or unhealthy family patterns.

Systemic constellations can help you gain new insights into these situations and find solutions that support your personal growth and inner balance.
